Plume Network is an RWA-native blockchain that streamlines institutional tokenization and RWA-focused DeFi with no-code issuance, compliance tooling and growing partner integrations; Season 2 airdrop allocates 150 million PLUME tokens.

  • RWA-native infrastructure: Simplifies institutional tokenization with no-code issuance, compliance and cash-flow tooling to bridge real assets into DeFi.
  • Airdrop & incentives: Season 2 confirmed with 150M PLUME; stack Plume Points via 200+ partner protocols to boost eligibility for the 2026 distribution.
  • Momentum & strategic value: Over 500,000 users, cross-chain yields and major partnerships indicate rapid RWA positioning—early engagement may capture outsized upside.

Plume Network is a blockchain built specifically for real-world asset (RWA) tokenization and RWA-focused DeFi, often described as an “RWA-native” network rather than a general-purpose smart contract chain. And it’s launching an airdrop soon.

Despite market volatility, RWA tokenization continues to be a leading crypto narrative in the industry. As of December 2025, the total value of the RWA market is nearly $19 billion, with more than 575,000 total asset holders.

Tokenizing physical assets has affected everything from Lamborghinis to real estate to Pokémon cards and back again, as massive names in finance like Larry Fink from BlackRock continue to hail it as the future of money.

However, the foundation for RWAs has previously been built on relatively shaky ground, as existing chains like Ethereum have been repurposed to suit them.

Throughout 2025, though, specific RWA-focused chains and Layer 2s are popping up out of nowhere, and one of them has already gained traction through a genesis airdrop.

Now into new seasons of points and token rewards, Plume Network continues to grow.

What is Plume?

Plume is designed to make it easier for institutions and asset issuers to tokenize real-world assets and use them in DeFi, without having to build custom infrastructure for compliance, reporting, and cash-flow management.

At a high level, Plume is designed to make it easier for institutions and asset issuers to bring off-chain assets on-chain, such as private credit, real estate, commodities, and yield-bearing financial products, while remaining compatible with crypto-native DeFi.

Partnerships with BlackRock and World Liberty Financial have seen Plume unlock billions of dollars worth of value so far, even in the grips of a bearish market.

Cross-chain yields, a no-code dashboard for issuing RWAs, and on-chain incentives have seen more than half a million users flock to Plume Network so far.

Momentum continues to grow, and right now is a great time to start staking Plume points.

Is an airdrop confirmed?

Yes, the Plume Network Season 2 airdrop is confirmed, and hunters can start stacking Plume Points (PP) on-chain right now through a variety of interesting methods and related campaigns.

150 million $PLUME tokens have been earmarked for this season of rewards. Over 200 protocols and partner projects have been onboarded so far, and interacting with any of them could help you get positioned for what could be one of the standout drops of 2026.

It’s possible that there’ll be a Season 3 and even 4 in future, so stay engaged with what is shaping up to be a major network in the RWA space.

How to earn Plume Points and prepare for the airdrop

Earning Plume points is easy, but to compete and earn massive volumes, you’ll need to farm this airdrop using real funds; Plume is no longer in testnet.

You can start accumulating Plume Points (PP) by completing a mix of on-chain and off-chain activities. Most actions reward consistency rather than one-off transactions.

1. Generate on-chain activity

Most transactions on Plume earn PP. Bridge stablecoins or other supported assets to the network and begin interacting with protocols to build transaction volume.

2. Stake $PLUME

Staking $PLUME is one of the simplest ways to accumulate PP over time. It requires minimal ongoing effort once set up.

3. Provide liquidity (Advanced)

More experienced users can supply liquidity to supported pools. This may generate PP alongside additional incentives such as token rewards or yield.

4. Use partner applications

Plume has a growing list of partner projects offering incentives. Interacting with these apps can significantly boost PP accumulation.

5. Complete portal tasks

The Plume portal includes onboarding and educational tasks. Completing these helps you level up while earning PP as you learn how the ecosystem works.

6. Engage socially

Joining the official Discord can unlock social-based PP opportunities and provide guidance on current incentive campaigns.

7. Hold a Plume Goon NFT (If Applicable)

Early testnet users could mint Plume Goon NFTs, which may boost future allocations. If you participated previously, confirm whether you qualify.

8. Check past activity

Some users may already be eligible for PP through prior interactions. It’s worth checking your wallet history and connected accounts.

9. Refer friends

Referral activity contributes to leaderboard rankings and can increase PP accumulation over time.

Potential $PLUME token use cases

The $PLUME token already supports several core functions within the network. Additional utilities may be introduced later.

  • Gas fees: $PLUME is used to pay for transactions on Plume Network
  • Governance: Token holders can participate in decentralized decision-making
  • Staking: Users can lock tokens to earn rewards
  • Incentives: $PLUME may be distributed as rewards through partner programs

Team and backing

The team of Google and Stanford University alumni has so far raised $30 million from more than two dozen investors, including Galaxy Ventures.

Plume is integrated with Morpho and Curve already, and currently building integrations with other exciting new projects such as Espresso – this might be an opportunity to farm multiple airdrops at once!

Roadmap

Season 2 of rewards is expected to run through the end of 2025 and into early next year, before Plume shifts its focus to expanding its ecosystem and launching new products.

One such product, the RWA Launcher, will allow projects to quickly and easily launch their own RWAs (as you might expect from its name!).

Final thoughts

If you’ve got the time and some capital to spare farming this drop, you could end up getting eligible for major token rewards as early as Q1 next year. Why not get stuck in?
