Description

What does HyperCash cryptocurrency do?

HyperCash, also known as HC, is a cryptocurrency that creates a system of interoperability to the blockchain sphere, allowing for cross-blockchain and DAG transactions. HyperCash will operate as a sidechain for blockchain and DAG currencies. Users will be able to send and receive different currencies in their HyperCash wallet.

The project aims to provide two wallets: white and black. The two wallets are meant to keep privacy in mind when connecting to different types of blockchains that may be more or less privacy-centric. The white wallet will offer publically viewable addresses, while black will be private.

HyperCash has a hybrid PoW and PoS consensus. The PoW portion produces new blocks while PoS fills them with valid data. This method provides added security.

What is HC (HyperCash coin) used for?

HC is the native cryptocurrency of HyperCash. It is used primarily as a means of exchange and to pay for any fees associated with transactions. Additionally, users will be incentivized to hold HC from the initial PoW setup, as well as their eventual staking rewards. Five percent of all coins will also go to the Hcash DAO. With the DAO, users can vote in real time towards network proposals and have a voice in the ecosystem.

How can HC (HyperCash coin) appreciate in value?

If demand for HyperCash rises, then the price of HC will, too. If the enthusiasm towards cross chain transactions grows, then so should the user base of HyperCash. If the project becomes widely regarded as the go-to intermediary for blockchains, it will experience a significant rise in the number of users, which means more money flowing in, pushing the price up.

What are the differences between HyperCash and its competitors?

One main competitor of Hshare’s is ARK. ARK incorporates Smart Bridges, which connect to other blockchains to improve interoperability. The project also provides smart contract capabilities. HyperCash is going for DAG and blockchain based projects, but they do not have smart contract functionality. DAG is an entirely different logic (used in IOTA) that blockchain enthusiasts also follow. Smart contracts serve as a major use case in the blockchain space, which may give ARK an upper hand from an investing perspective.
